If so, now is your chance to join Ascendis Pharma as our new Associate Director, Product Innovation.

Ascendis Pharma is a global biopharmaceutical company committed to making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. Guided by our core values of Patients, Science, and Passion, we are applying our innovative TransCon® technology platform to fulfill our mission of developing new therapies that demonstrate best-in-class potential to address unmet medical needs.

The Associate Director Product Innovation will play a critical role in Ascendis' success in Endocrinology Rare Disease as well as novel therapeutic areas. She/He will be the driving force behind providing high-quality analysis and pitch decks which enable value-oriented and informed decision-making by the EMT. By gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into concise, actionable ideas, you will play an important role in shaping the future pipeline.

You will be joining the Product Innovation team and report directly to Steffen Nyegaard, Director, Product Innovation who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in Hellerup.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
