The posting

Our Associate Platform Engineer Supports automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure operations, and monitoring activities while developing hands-on experience with DevOps tools and cloud technologies under senior guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable application build, testing, and deployment.
  • Assist in provisioning and maintaining cloud and on-premises infrastructure while performing routine operational tasks.
  • Support containerized applications and container orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift under senior guidance.
  • Ensure effective monitoring, incident response , and escalate issues while assisting with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives through scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Follow security, patching, vulnerability management and compliance standards while maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with Development, QUALITY, and Operations teams while continuously developing DevOps and cloud engineering skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, System Administration, or a similar technical role.
  • Basic understanding of Linux/Windows administration, CI/CD tools, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, Infrastructure as Code, Databases (SQL, DB2, MongoDB, etc.), Kafka, Confluent, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and automation tools is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of security best practices, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn modern cloud technologies, automation practices, and platform engineering methodologies.
