Por encargo de nuestro cliente, líder del sector bancario, estamos realizando esta búsqueda para la posición de: ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER

Objetivo del Puesto:

Liderar el descubrimiento, diseño y construcción end-to-end de la nueva plataforma digital que conectará a las tiendas/restaurantes con las áreas internas transversales (soporte, operaciones, procesos), además de brindar soporte y continuidad al canal on-premise actual. Responsable de gestionar el backlog y coordinar un squad multidisciplinario de desarrollo, diseño y data, asegurando la adopción interna y la reducción de incidencias del producto.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el descubrimiento, diseño y construcción del nuevo proyecto de plataforma de comunicación interna tienda-Delosi, desde cero.
  • Gestionar y priorizar el backlog del squad (desarrollo, diseño y data) bajo metodologías ágiles.
  • Definir y hacer seguimiento a métricas de producto, incluyendo adopción e indicadores compartidos con el área de soporte.
  • Brindar soporte funcional y evolutivo al canal on-premise actual, atendiendo incidencias y mejoras.
  • Coordinar con equipos transversales (TI, operaciones, procesos, marketing) y con gerentes de tienda/restaurante para levantar necesidades.
  • Traducir requerimientos de negocio y de campo en historias de usuario e iniciativas accionables.
  • Ejecutar y monitorear el ciclo completo de producto: discovery, planificación, ejecución y control.
  • Reportar avances, riesgos y resultados de la iniciativa al Product Manager y a los stakeholders del negocio.

Requirements

  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años gestionando productos digitales end-to-end (discovery a delivery).
  • Experiencia previa en roles de Product Owner liderando squads de aprox. 6-7 personas (desarrollo, diseño, data).
  • Manejo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban); conocimiento de metodologías en cascada es un plus.
  • Manejo de herramientas de producto: Figma, Jira, Miro, Excel nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimientos de métricas y analítica de producto (Google Analytics u otras herramientas de medición).
  • Deseable conocimiento de SQL, Power BI o Looker para análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinarios sin autoridad directa.
  • Experiencia o conocimiento de entornos operativos/físicos (retail, restaurantes, tiendas) aplicados a productos digitales.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar HÍBRIDO de Lunes a Viernes en San Isidro, Lima, Perú.
