Description du poste

Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Auxiliaire aux services de santé et sociaux (ASSS) humain(e) et autonome pour combler un mandat d'aide à domicile auprès d'un usager vulnérable situé à Val-des-Sources (Estrie).

Ce mandat vise à offrir un soutien ponctuel essentiel à un homme vivant à domicile avec sa conjointe (cette dernière vivant elle-même une détérioration de son état de santé), dans l'attente de sa relocalisation prochaine en hébergement.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période : Dès le lundi 28 septembre 2026, pour une durée temporaire (jusqu'à la relocalisation de l'usager).
  • Statut : Temps complet (42 heures / semaine).
  • Horaire : Services requis 7 jours sur 7, divisés en deux blocs quotidiens de 3 heures :
  • Bloc Matin : De 7h00 à 10h00 (3 heures)
  • Bloc Soir : De 16h00 à 19h00 (3 heures)

Responsabilités

En tant qu'ASSS attitré(e), vous offrirez un accompagnement personnalisé et valorisant, basé sur le respect de la dignité de l'usager (qui ne présente aucune atteinte cognitive) :

  • Bloc du matin (7h - 10h) : Assurer l'aide au lever et les transferts, prodiguer les soins d'hygiène (2 toilettes complètes et 5 toilettes partielles par semaine), effectuer l'habillage et l'aide à l'élimination. Préparer le déjeuner et réchauffer/servir un dîner simple.
  • Bloc du soir (16h - 19h) : Réchauffer et servir le souper, assurer l'aide à l'élimination, les transferts sécuritaires et l'habillage pour le coucher.
  • Approche relationnelle : Offrir une écoute bienveillante. L'usager pouvant être émotif face à son déménagement à venir vers Sherbrooke, vous devrez miser sur les points positifs de cette transition sans jamais infantiliser la personne.
  • Coordination : Communiquer et collaborer avec l'équipe des soins à domicile (SAD) du secteur au besoin.

Exigences

Pour que votre profil soit sélectionné, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Scolarité : Détenir une attestation officielle d'ASSS (ou une formation équivalente reconnue par le réseau pour dispenser des soins à domicile).
  • Qualités recherchées : Excellente approche relationnelle, empathie, diplomatie et sens de l'autonomie clinique.
  • Mobilité : Permis de conduire et véhicule requis pour vous déplacer aux heures coupées à Val-des-Sources.
  • Dossier de conformité complet : Curriculum Vitae (CV) à jour, pièces d'identité et plumitif judiciaire récent.

  • Rémunération : Taux horaire avantageux selon la grille de Services SFT pour le secteur de l'Estrie.
  • Note importante : Conformément aux directives du CIUSSS de l'Estrie – CHUS, aucun frais supplémentaire (déplacements aller-retour, kilométrage ou repas) n'est pris en charge pour ce mandat de proximité.
  • Accompagnement de proximité par l'équipe de Services SFT.
