Mūsų klientas - investicijų valdymo įmonė, administruojanti informuotiesiems investuotojams skirtus investicinius fondus ir orientuota į investicijas technologijų srityje. Šiuo metu įmonė prie savo komandos kviečia prisijungti Atitikties (Compliance) ir pinigų plovimo prevencijos (AML) pareigūną (-ę), kuris (-i) užtikrins teisės aktų reikalavimų laikymąsi, atitikties kontrolę bei pinigų plovimo ir teroristų finansavimo prevencijos procesų įgyvendinimą.

Pagrindinės atsakomybės

  • Užtikrinti įmonės ir valdomų investicinių fondų atitiktį galiojantiems teisės aktams.
  • Rengti, atnaujinti ir prižiūrėti vidines politikas bei procedūras.
  • Atlikti klientų AML rizikos vertinimą priėmimo (onboarding) metu (KYC/CDD) bei reguliarią patikrą (ODD).
  • Vykdyti MLRO funkciją: teikti informaciją ir bendrauti su priežiūros institucija bei FNTT, teikti pranešimus apie įtartinas operacijas.
  • Vykdyti nuolatinę stebėseną, darbuotojų mokymus, reguliacinę atskaitomybę.

Reikalavimai kandidatui

  • Aukštasis išsilavinimas (teisė, finansai, ekonomika ar susijusi sritis).
  • Atitikties / AML srities patirtis valdymo įmonėse, investicinėse įmonėse ar bankuose.
  • Lietuvos AML/CTF teisės aktų, MiFID II, fondų reguliavimo išmanymas; UCITS/AIFMD žinios – privalumas.
  • Tinkamumas eiti pareigas (fit & proper) – kandidatas turi būti tinkamas ir galimai tvirtinamas / derinamas su Lietuvos banku (privalomas reikalavimas).
  • Sertifikatai (pvz., CAMS) – privalumas.
  • Asmeninės savybės: dėmesys detalėms, savarankiškumas, sąžiningumas, gebėjimas aiškiai komunikuoti ir teikti ataskaitas.

  • Darbo pradžią 0,25 etato krūviu, numatant artimiausiu metu perėjimą į pilną darbo etatą.
  • Atlygį už pilną darbo etatą – 4 400 Eur bruto (gross) per mėnesį.
