🎯Apave Cameroun recrute 2 Attachés Commerciaux Réseau de Stations-Service pour le compte d'un de ses clients, multinationale du secteur pétrolier aval

Garant de la performance commerciale, de la rentabilité et du respect des standards sur son secteur géographique, l'Attaché Commercial est le lien clé entre la direction et les gérants de stations-service (gestion directe ou location-gérance).

Sa mission : optimiser les ventes (carburants, lubrifiants, gaz) et maximiser la rentabilité des centres de profit annexes.

Missions Principales

  • Pilotage Commercial & Ventes : Suivi des objectifs volumétriques, animation du réseau via des promotions et développement des activités hors-carburant (boutique, lavage, entretien, restauration, GAB).
  • Gestion Financière & Risques : Maîtrise de l'exposition financière (exposure), suivi du BFR et des crédits clients, et respect de l’application des contrats.
  • Normes HSE & Image de Marque : Contrôle de la qualité de service et strict respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité pétrolière (dépotage, stockage) et d'environnement.
  • Développement & Veille : Prospection de nouveaux emplacements, négociation Grands Comptes (cartes carburant, lubrifiants) et analyse de la concurrence.

Requirements

Profil & Compétences Recherchés

  • Avoir un Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou un Master, Bac + 4/5 en Gestion commerciale
  • Avoir une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans la vente, gestion des réseaux de distribution (le secteur pétrolier constitue un atout)
  • Avoir un bon niveau de langue en français et en anglais (écrit et oral)
  • ·Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire B
  • Compétences Techniques & Financières : Analyse de P&L / compte de résultat, gestion des marges et maîtrise d'Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
  • Aptitudes Relationnelles : Énergie, capacités de négociation, aptitudes au coaching des gérants et gestion du conflit.
  • Savoir-être (Soft Skills) : Rigueur, autonomie (déplacements terrain fréquents), réactivité face aux imprévus logistiques et intégrité irréprochable.
