Unisciti al nostro team in qualità di Auditor / Technical Assessor - Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 ed entra a far parte della nostra Business Line Electrical.

Electrical supporta aziende e organizzazioni attraverso servizi di testing, ispezione e certificazione, garantendo conformità ai principali requisiti normativi e standard internazionali. In questo ruolo contribuirai allo sviluppo del nuovo schema di certificazione previsto dal Regolamento Macchine (UE) 2023/1230, all'interno del nostro Organismo Notificato.

Cosa ti aspetta:

Entrerai a far parte di un team altamente specializzato e sarai coinvolto nelle attività di valutazione tecnica, audit e verifica della conformità di macchinari e componenti di sicurezza, supportando i processi di certificazione secondo il nuovo Regolamento Macchine.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • analizzare fascicoli tecnici, valutazioni dei rischi e documentazione progettuale di macchinari e componenti di sicurezza;
  • pianificare ed eseguire attività di assessment tecnico e audit presso produttori e siti industriali;
  • verificare la conformità ai requisiti essenziali di salute e sicurezza e alle norme armonizzate applicabili;
  • eseguire o supervisionare prove e verifiche su aspetti meccanici, elettrici, funzionali ed ergonomici;
  • valutare sistemi di comando legati alla sicurezza e relative evidenze di validazione;
  • redigere report tecnici completi e tracciabili a supporto delle decisioni di certificazione;
  • collaborare allo sviluppo di procedure, checklist e metodi di valutazione del nuovo schema;
  • supportare le attività di accreditamento e qualificazione dell'Organismo Notificato;
  • contribuire alla formazione interna e all'aggiornamento tecnico del team.

Requirements

Cosa ricerchiamo:

Unə professionista con esperienza in sicurezza macchine, certificazione di prodotto, testing o valutazione della conformità, con i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Elettronica, dell'Automazione, Meccatronica, Industriale o discipline equivalenti;
  • esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ambito sicurezza macchine, laboratori prove, certificazione di prodotto oppure progettazione, industrializzazione o validazione di macchinari industriali;
  • esperienza nell'analisi di fascicoli tecnici e valutazioni dei rischi secondo la Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e/o il Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230;
  • conoscenza delle principali norme applicabili alla sicurezza macchine, tra cui EN ISO 12100, EN ISO 13849, EN IEC 62061 ed EN 60204-1;
  • capacità di condurre verifiche tecniche, raccogliere evidenze oggettive e valutare l'efficacia delle misure di riduzione del rischio;
  • buona conoscenza delle tecniche di audit e dei principi di valutazione della conformità;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e nell'Unione Europea.

Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:

  • esperienza presso Organismi Notificati o Organismi di Certificazione accreditati;
  • qualifica ISO 9001 Auditor o Lead Auditor;
  • certificazione o esperienza in ambito Functional Safety;
  • esperienza in audit presso siti produttivi;
  • esperienza in uno o più settori specialistici del comparto machinery;
  • esperienza in laboratori prove, test di sicurezza elettrica, EMC, rumore o vibrazioni;
  • familiarità con le procedure Accredia;
  • conoscenze relative ad applicazioni di Machine Learning e Intelligenza Artificiale nei sistemi di sicurezza;
  • conoscenza di una terza lingua europea (tedesco, francese o spagnolo).
