Deine Aufgaben

Als Customer Support Expert betreust du deutschsprachige Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass sie bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell die passende Unterstützung erhalten.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung von Kunden per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen
  • Aufbau einer positiven Customer Experience
  • Professionelle Kommunikation und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem internationalen Team und Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele

Requirements
