Objetivo del Puesto: Incorporarte al equipo de ALTEN México para analizar, optimizar y automatizar procesos en el ámbito del análisis de fatiga. En este rol, serás responsable de implementar scripts que agilicen los procesos de validación, así como de realizar estudios de fatiga mediante herramientas CAE/FEA para garantizar la durabilidad y el rendimiento de los componentes en aplicaciones industriales.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Automatización de Procesos:
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar scripts para la automatización de procesos de análisis y validación.
  • Colaborar en la optimización de los flujos de trabajo mediante la integración de herramientas de scripting.
  • Análisis y Evaluación de Fatiga:
  • Realizar estudios de fatiga utilizando metodologías de elementos finitos (FEA) para evaluar la resistencia y durabilidad de componentes.
  • Aplicar conocimientos en mecánica de fatiga para interpretar resultados de simulaciones y proponer mejoras.
  • Modelado y Documentación Técnica:
  • Utilizar herramientas CAD para el modelado preciso de geometrías definidas y preparar los casos de carga necesarios para los análisis.
  • Documentar los procesos, resultados y recomendaciones técnicas, asegurando la trazabilidad y la calidad de los entregables.
  • Colaboración y Soporte Técnico:
  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con equipos multidisciplinarios para integrar soluciones y resolver incidencias en los análisis.
  • Participar en reuniones técnicas y revisiones de procesos para garantizar que se cumplan los criterios de aceptación establecidos.

Requirements

Requisitos y Competencias Técnicas:

  • Conocimientos y Habilidades:
  • Dominio general de herramientas CAD para el desarrollo de modelos precisos.
  • Conocimiento práctico en CAE y herramientas de FEA, con especial énfasis en el método de elementos finitos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en mecánica de fatiga y los principios que rigen el análisis estructural.
  • Habilidades en scripting que permitan automatizar procesos y optimizar flujos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en:
  • Altair Suite
  • PTC Creo
  • Altair Optistruct
  • Ncode
  • Formación Académica:
  • Título en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines (recién egresado o en etapas avanzadas de la carrera).
  • Competencias Personales:
  • Alta capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Proactividad y disposición al trabajo en equipo.
  • Excelente comunicación para la elaboración de documentación técnica y reporte de resultados.
  • Dominio del ingles
