Empresa especializada en la comercialización de frutas, se encuentra en búsqueda de una Auxiliar Administrativa comprometida y proactiva para apoyar en la operación diaria.

REQUISITOS:

  • Escolaridad: Preparatoria técnica, licenciatura trunca o afín
  • Experiencia: 1 a 3 años como auxiliar administrativa
  • Vivir cerca de la zona de trabajo
  • Disponibilidad de horario

CONOCIMIENTOS EN:

  • Manejo de paquetería Microsoft Office
  • Uso general de computadora
  • Facturación 4.0 y complementos de pago
  • Manejo de sistemas administrativos
  • Procesos de cobranza y control de caja (deseable)
  • Excelente comunicación escrita

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:

  • Alta de órdenes de compra de fruta en sistema.
  • Registro de entradas y salidas diarias (control de inventario)
  • Captura de pesos de mercancía (origen y sitio)
  • Alta de pedidos de mayoreo
  • Facturación a clientes y seguimiento de cobranza
  • Registro y validación de pagos con contabilidad
  • Elaboración de complementos de pago
  • Seguimiento a pagos de proveedores
  • Control administrativo de clientes y proveedores

OFRECEMOS:

  • Sueldo: $3,000 semanales libres
  • Prestaciones de ley.
  • Vacante ubicada en el Mercado de Abastos
  • Jornada de Lunes a Domingo de 6:00am a 3:30pm, día de descanso entre semana
  • Necesario cubrir el día de descanso de Cajera (1 día entre semana en horario de 4:30 am a 2:00 pm)
