Our client is the largest go-to-market company in the DACH region. They work with high ownership and a fast pace, and they look for people who don't wait to be told what to do, but see where things are on fire and step in.

At our client you get real responsibility early and build things that carry the company

  • Grown to over €5M ARR in about 2 years, profitable, bootstrapped and with 200+ B2B clients.
  • Small team with direct access to the founders. If you have a good idea, you implement it yourself.
  • They grow fast enough that responsibility keeps opening up, and they prefer to fill it internally.

About the Job

Turn qualified inbound leads into new clients, with full focus on closing.

  • You close, the meetings come to you.
  • 100% inbound. Their own GTM product books the meetings, no cold calling and no prospecting.
  • Their offering is in very high demand in the German market.
  • Deliver and you grow fast.

The Role

  • Full cycle to signature. Very short sales cycles, hardly any pre-sales, new business only and no upselling.
  • Selling via video.
  • From there, growth goes formal (Senior AE, Lead) or sideways into other areas.
  • Berlin, 3+2 hybrid (first month fully on site)

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • At least 1–2 years of own B2B closing experience, backed by numbers such as quota attainment or deal sizes (SDRs only with 3+ years of sales experience)
  • Clear new-business focus, has won new clients themselves rather than only managing existing ones
  • Ownership and drive, works independently and needs little guidance
  • Fluent in German

Should-Haves (Most should be met)

  • Experience with high deal volume, short sales cycles and selling via video
  • Selling retainers, subscriptions or other recurring revenue (MRR)
  • Structured discovery and objection handling, e.g. MEDDIC or SPIN
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation or GTM
  • Confident with CRM systems
  • Comfortable with a highly variable compensation model

Nice-to-Haves

  • SaaS (ideal), startup or consulting background
  • Sales in an agency or services business
  • Performance marketing or Google Ads
  • Experience with Pipedrive
  • Uses AI tools in day-to-day sales
