Η MANDYNAMIC αναζητά Αντιπρόσωπο Πωλήσεων B2B εκ μέρους Εταιρείας Ειδών Καφέ στην Αθήνα.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Επίτευξη του ετήσιου στόχου πωλήσεων, προωθώντας και προβάλλοντας τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρείας για λήψη ασφαλών επιχειρηματικών αποφάσεων
  • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση του πελατολογίου χτίζοντας σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης, διατηρώντας σταθερή και συχνή επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες
  • Διασφάλιση της αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας μεταξύ των καταστημάτων και των εσωτερικών ομάδων υποστήριξης της εταιρείας
  • Αντιμετώπιση και επίλυση βασικών παραπόνων πελατών
  • Λειτουργία ως το κύριο σημείο επαφής μεταξύ των βασικών πελατών και των εσωτερικών ομάδων
  • Επίβλεψη των λογαριασμών που έχουν ανατεθεί σε κάθε βασικό πελάτη
  • Συνεργασία με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα διαφήμισης, marketing, πωλήσεων και logistics της εταιρείας, με σκοπό τη βέλτιστη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
  • Σύνταξη reports σχετικά με την επίτευξη των KPI’s
  • Πλήρης κατανόηση των αναγκών και απαιτήσεων των βασικών πελατών και προετοιμασία προσαρμοσμένων λύσεων
  • Διαπραγμάτευση συμβάσεων με βασικούς πελάτες και τήρηση καθορισμένων προθεσμιών για την εκπλήρωση των μακροπρόθεσμων στόχων κάθε πελάτη

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρεμφερή θέση υπευθύνου στον τομέα χονδρεμπορίου ποτών
  • Γνώση δεικτών μέτρησης και αρχών αξιολόγησης των επιδόσεων
  • Πλήρης κατανόηση του τρόπου βελτίωσης των λειτουργιών καταστήματος και των προτύπων επιτυχίας
  • Βασικές γνώσεις λογισμικού ERP
  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες στην επικοινωνία και τις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
  • Οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες - ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Επιχειρηματική διορατικότητα με στρατηγικό προσανατολισμό
