The posting

We are the leading player in the Energy sector in Greece. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we constantly seek new ways to make them happy through our products & services. To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based.

The role will:

  • Build and maintain a solid communication with our existing B2B customers; act as a consultant and a trusted partner for their energy needs
  • Seek and onboard new clients within the scope of business (healthy, large enterprise businesses) and aim to offer customized solutions that fit their profile and requirements
  • Stay abreast of the energy market in order to maintain a solid understanding of current and future trends
  • Support B2B Business strategic partners and network to help them achieve optimum qualitive and quantitative results, based on our sales strategy and goals
  • Monitor via regular reporting and forecasts all crucial KPIs, contributing in the alignment of all internal and external stakeholders and planning of next steps
  • Seek, collect information and contribute in mapping the competitive landscape for those clients

Requirements

  • Proven successful track record of at least two (2) years in a Key account sales role with high volume B2B clients
  • Working experience should derive from the Energy, TelCo, Services or industry sectors
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Energy industry will be considered a strong asset
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering; a Master’s degree in a similar field of study (STEM) or in Business is a strong plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Computer Skills, with a focus on Excel for reporting reasons
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
  • Ability to create relations with clients and co-workers based on trust and clarity
  • Ability in negotiating with high capacity and importance B2B customers
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and able to work independently
  • Flexibility to travel in Greece
  • Self-drive and a strong results orientation
