Αναζητούμε έναν υπεύθυνο Back Office Agent για να ενταχθεί στη δυναμική ομάδα μας. Ο ρόλος επικεντρώνεται στη διαχείριση και επεξεργασία δεδομένων που αφορούν πελάτες ενταγμένους στον Ν. 3869, διασφαλίζοντας την ακριβή αποδελτίωση των αποφάσεών τους και την καταχώρισή τους στα αντίστοιχα συστήματα. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος διαθέτει εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών σε ένα απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες ρόλου

  • Αναζήτηση και έλεγχος δικαιολογητικών, καθώς και ταυτοποίηση οφειλετών
  • Καταχώριση και επεξεργασία δεδομένων στη βάση πληροφοριών
  • Παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση του ιστορικού κάθε υπόθεσης
  • Διασφάλιση της ορθότητας και πληρότητας των συμβολαίων και συνοδευτικών εγγράφων
  • Ψηφιοποίηση και μεταφορά δεδομένων από έντυπα σε ηλεκτρονικά αρχεία και συστήματα βάσεων δεδομένων
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση διαδικαστικών θεμάτων που σχετίζονται με την εκάστοτε υπόθεση

Requirements

  • Απόφοιτος Λυκείου/ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
  • Άριστη γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office, με έμφαση στο Excel
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών διαδικασιών και προτεραιοτήτων
  • Ταχύτητα και αποτελεσματικότητα στην εκτέλεση εργασιών
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης χρόνου και τήρησης προθεσμιών
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας
