Realtà multinazionale operante nel settore dei macchinari e degli impianti industriali ricerca, per la filiale situata in provincia di Napoli, una risorsa organizzata, precisa, proattiva e con ottime doti di problem solving che supporti la gestione operativa e la pianificazione (planning) delle attività ed interventi tecnici per l’area di pertinenza.

Responsabilità principali

• Pianificazione, schedulazione e monitoraggio dell'agenda operativa dei tecnici Service per gestire al meglio gli interventi presso i clienti

• Interfaccia diretta con il cliente finale per il concordamento degli appuntamenti e la predisposizione delle istruzioni di lavoro per i tecnici.

• Analisi dei consuntivi e dei report di intervento post-assistenza, gestendo l'eventuale necessità di lavorazioni integrative o ulteriori materiali.

• Monitoraggio della disponibilità di parti di ricambio in funzione del piano delle manutenzioni (programmate e straordinarie).

• Supervisione del flusso di approvvigionamento per garantire la tempestiva disponibilità dei componenti idonei prima dell'esecuzione dei lavori.

• Gestione end-to-end del ciclo attivo di service su SAP: dall'apertura della commessa di lavoro, al monitoraggio dell'avanzamento, fino alla chiusura e fatturazione finale.

• Inserimento, aggiornamento e tracciamento dei contratti di manutenzione a sistema, lavorando in stretta sinergia con il team commerciale.

• Gestione e risoluzione tempestiva delle criticità di natura logistica, tecnica o commerciale con l'obiettivo di garantire elevati standard di soddisfazione del cliente.

• Collaborazione costante con i dipartimenti interni, i partner di rete (distributori) e i costruttori (OEM).

• Partecipazione attiva all'ottimizzazione delle procedure operative di reparto e supporto trasversale alle attività di back-office di altre aree geografiche al bisogno.

• Supporto alla gestione dei flussi documentali interni e allo scambio di documentazione/campionatura tra le funzioni aziendali.

Requisiti e Competenze

• Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari in contesti preferibilmente industriali B2B

• Padronanza nell'utilizzo del gestionale SAP (moduli ordini/contratti/service) e conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Office / G-Suite).

• Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese per l'interazione con l'Headquarter internazionale e la fruizione della formazione aziendale.

• Spiccata organizzazione e gestione delle priorità: capacità di pianificare impegni complessi garantendo precisione e cura del dettaglio.

• Problem solving e proattività: approccio orientato alla soluzione rapida ed efficace degli imprevisti in contesti dinamici.

• Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali: predisposizione all'ascolto del cliente e alla collaborazione positiva all'interno del team.

• Padronanza delle situazioni critiche e naturale propensione all'adattamento verso i cambiamenti organizzativi.

• Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale per corsi di aggiornamento o convention aziendali.

Offerta economica

Range di RAL: 27- 32000€
