Ali Professional – Search & Selection ricerca una risorsa per MARNI GROUP SRL, azienda specializzata nella comunicazione visiva, progettazione su misura, allestimenti, interior design e general contracting. Nello specifico, sviluppa soluzioni chiavi in mano che vanno dalla produzione di insegne e strutture grafiche/pubblicitarie fino alla lavorazione artigianale di legni e metalli per spazi commerciali e retail.

La figura ricercata è un/a BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE TECNICO

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del team di Back Office Commerciale (composto da 7 risorse) e lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Direzione Commerciale, i Project Manager di cantiere e l'Ufficio Tecnico. Il ruolo richiede precisione, spiccate doti organizzative e la capacità di interpretare la documentazione tecnica di commessa.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Gestione Ordini e Commesse: Inserimento, elaborazione e tracciamento degli ordini clienti sul sistema gestionale aziendale, dall'acquisizione fino all'evasione.
  • Lettura e Supporto Tecnico-Commerciale: Lettura ed interpretazione di base del disegno tecnico / layout di progetto per la verifica della congruenza delle offerte e delle distinte base con i Project Manager.
  • Redazione Offerte e Preventivi: Supporto alla stesura di preventivi commerciali e offerte economiche per i clienti del territorio nazionale.
  • Customer Care & Interfacciamento: Interfaccia quotidiana con la clientela Italia, gestione delle richieste di avanzamento lavori, gestione reclami o varianti in corso d'opera.
  • Coordinamento Interfunzionale: Raccordo costante con l'Ufficio Tecnico, la Pianificazione della Produzione, gli Acquisti e l'Ufficio Montaggi per garantire il rispetto dei tempi di consegna e allestimento.

Requirements

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Formazione: Diploma ad indirizzo Tecnico (es. Geometra, Perito Industriale, Grafico) o Laurea affine.
  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza (almeno 2-3 anni) nel ruolo di Back Office Commerciale, impiegato/a commerciale di commessa o supporto tecnico-commerciale matura in settori metalmeccanici.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Buona capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e interpretazione di elaborati di progetto.
  • Competenze Informatiche: Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e utilizzo di software gestionali ERP/CRM.
  • Soft Skills: Precisione, attitudine al lavoro di squadra, velocità operativa e spiccate doti di problem solving nella gestione delle urgenze.

  • Trattamento Economico: Pacchetto retributivo commisurato all'effettiva esperienza ed autonomia del candidato. Range di Ral: 30.000- 40.000€
