Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει την ευθύνη για τον συντονισμό, την εποπτεία και τη βελτιστοποίηση των λειτουργιών των ομάδων Back Office, οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στους τομείς της αποδελτίωσης, της ψηφιοποίησης, της επεξεργασίας εγγράφων (redaction) και της καταχώρησης δεδομένων (data entry). Ο ρόλος απαιτεί εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες, καθώς και προσανατολισμό στην ποιότητα, την ακρίβεια και την αποτελεσματική ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εποπτεία, καθοδήγηση και αξιολόγηση των ομάδων Back Office.
  • Διασφάλιση της ποιότητας και πληρότητας των παραγόμενων δεδομένων.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση έργων ψηφιοποίησης, αποδελτιώσεων και τεκμηρίωσης.
  • Έλεγχος προόδου, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και επίτευξης στόχων παραγωγικότητας.
  • Συνεργασία με υπεύθυνους έργων και λοιπές ομάδες της εταιρείας για τον αποτελεσματικό συντονισμό εργασιών.
  • Τήρηση εσωτερικών διαδικασιών και προτύπων ποιότητας (QA/QC).
  • Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία αναφορών και στην οργάνωση τεκμηρίωσης.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Πληροφορική, Αρχειονομία ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία σε έργα Κτηματολογίου, Ψηφιοποίησης ή/και Redaction.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε θέση εποπτείας ή διαχείρισης ομάδας Back Office.
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel, και εμπειρία στη χρήση συστημάτων διαχείρισης βάσεων δεδομένων.
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλών εργασιών, διαχείρισης ομάδας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, συνέπεια και οργανωτική σκέψη.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον data entry, document management ή BPO.
  • Καλή κατανόηση διαδικασιών ελέγχου ποιότητας (QA/QC).
  • Εξοικείωση με ERP ή project management systems.
