Sobre la posición

Buscamos un/a Backend Developer con sólida experiencia en Java y Spring Boot para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener APIs REST y microservicios seguros, escalables y preparados para operar con altos volúmenes transaccionales.

La posición tendrá participación activa en decisiones de arquitectura, optimización de bases de datos y definición de contratos de API junto con el equipo de Frontend. Buscamos una persona con ownership, capaz de acompañar cada funcionalidad desde el análisis inicial hasta su puesta en producción.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend, APIs REST y microservicios.
  • Optimizar consultas, índices y esquemas de bases de datos para cargas de alto volumen.
  • Implementar controles de seguridad en APIs, incluyendo autenticación, autorización, rate limiting, validación de inputs y gestión segura de secretos.
  • Aplicar buenas prácticas de seguridad de datos, como cifrado, control de accesos, auditoría y prevención de SQL injection.
  • Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y en el diseño de nuevos servicios.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Frontend en la definición de contratos de API.
  • Participar en ceremonias Scrum y revisiones de código mediante pull requests.
  • Documentar servicios, endpoints y decisiones técnicas.
  • Acompañar el desarrollo de cada funcionalidad desde el análisis hasta su puesta en producción.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Experiencia sólida con Java y Spring Boot, especialmente con Spring Security y Spring Data JPA.
  • Dominio de SQL y experiencia trabajando con MySQL o PostgreSQL.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de optimización de bases de datos: query tuning, indexación, planes de ejecución y normalización/desnormalización.
  • Experiencia en seguridad de APIs: OWASP API Security Top 10, OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS/TLS, CORS, rate limiting y sanitización de inputs.
  • Conocimientos de cifrado en tránsito y en reposo, gestión de secretos y principio de mínimo privilegio.
  • Experiencia en el diseño de APIs REST: versionamiento, códigos de estado, paginación, idempotencia y documentación con OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Conocimientos de arquitectura de microservicios, comunicación entre servicios y patrones como API Gateway y circuit breaker.
  • Manejo de Git, branching strategies, pull requests y resolución de conflictos.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodología Scrum con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Conocimientos deseables

  • Python con Django o Django REST Framework como stack secundario.
  • Experiencia con servicios de AWS, especialmente EC2, RDS, S3 y CloudFront.
  • Docker y conocimientos básicos de orquestación de contenedores.
  • Message brokers como RabbitMQ o Kafka.
  • Implementación de caching con Redis.
  • Experiencia trabajando con pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Unit e integration testing con JUnit y Mockito.
  • Experiencia en industrias reguladas o con altos volúmenes transaccionales, como fintech, iGaming, e-commerce o banca.

Habilidades personales

  • Comunicación fluida y capacidad para colaborar con Frontend y otras áreas técnicas.
  • Ownership para llevar una tarea desde el análisis hasta producción.
  • Mentalidad de seguridad desde el diseño.
  • Capacidad para explicar decisiones técnicas a perfiles no técnicos.
  • Autonomía, organización y orientación a resultados.

Idiomas

  • Español nativo o fluido.
  • Inglés intermedio, con capacidad para leer documentación técnica y comunicarse por escrito con proveedores internacionales.
