Buscamos un/a Backend Developer con al menos 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, con bases sólidas de ingeniería de software y experiencia trabajando con tecnologías como Node.js, C#, Python y Microsoft Azure.

El rol estará enfocado en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones backend, incluyendo APIs, microservicios, bases de datos SQL e integraciones, participando también en procesos de CI/CD y entornos tanto cloud como on-premises.

Requirements

Buscamos una persona con capacidad para comprender requerimientos técnicos, resolver problemas de manera estructurada y colaborar con diferentes integrantes del equipo para construir soluciones mantenibles, seguras y de calidad. Requerimientos Principales responsabilidades y funciones

  • Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar servicios y aplicaciones backend.
  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener APIs e integraciones entre sistemas.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de soluciones utilizando Node.js, C# y/o Python.
  • Trabajar con arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Implementar y mantener integraciones con bases de datos relacionales.
  • Trabajar con servicios e infraestructura en Microsoft Azure, así como con ambientes on-premises.
  • Participar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Utilizar Azure DevOps y Git como parte del ciclo de desarrollo y despliegue.
  • Aplicar principios de programación orientada a objetos, SOLID y buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software.
  • Incorporar prácticas de seguridad durante el ciclo de desarrollo, considerando principios de DevSecOps.
  • Participar en revisiones de código, resolución de incidencias y mejora continua de las soluciones.
  • Colaborar con otros perfiles técnicos y de negocio para comprender requerimientos y llevarlos a soluciones funcionales.

Perfil deseado

  • 4+ años de experiencia profesional como Backend Developer o en posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia práctica en desarrollo backend utilizando JavaScript/Node.js, C# y/o Python.
  • Experiencia en diseño, desarrollo e implementación de APIs.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Experiencia trabajando con servicios de Microsoft Azure.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de infraestructura cloud y on-premises.
  • Experiencia con bases de datos SQL como SQL Server y/o PostgreSQL.
  • Experiencia utilizando Azure DevOps y Git.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo y mantenimiento de pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de programación orientada a objetos y principios SOLID.
  • Conocimientos de DevSecOps y prácticas de seguridad aplicadas al desarrollo de software.
  • Capacidad de análisis, troubleshooting y resolución de problemas.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse de manera autónoma dentro de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Inglés intermedio requerido.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera 100% remota desde México
