Estamos formando um Banco de Talentos para profissionais que já atuaram em cartórios e desejam migrar ou evoluir para áreas de Suporte ou Implantação de Sistemas, contribuindo diretamente para a experiência e sucesso dos nossos clientes.

Atuação em Suporte

Como Analista de Suporte, você será a linha de frente no relacionamento com o cliente, responsável por:

  • Atender e registrar solicitações pelos canais oficiais;
  • Realizar diagnósticos iniciais e aplicar soluções de baixa complexidade;
  • Escalar casos mais complexos para os times de Dados ou Produtos, garantindo uma transição clara e organizada;
  • Acompanhar os chamados até a resolução, garantindo qualidade e satisfação do cliente;
  • Documentar interações e soluções aplicadas, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua do suporte.

Atuação em Implantação

Na área de Implantação, você apoiará o processo de entrada e adaptação dos clientes aos sistemas da VHL, atuando de forma colaborativa e orientada ao aprendizado, com atividades como:

  • Apoiar treinamentos conduzidos por analistas mais experientes, atuando como observador ou suporte técnico, com foco no aprendizado prático;
  • Participar de reuniões de validação, contribuindo para o levantamento das necessidades operacionais dos clientes;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de materiais de apoio, roteiros de treinamento e na organização das agendas de implantação;
  • Executar validações básicas a partir de checklists e orientações previamente definidas;
  • Documentar aprendizados e sugerir melhorias para os processos de capacitação e implantação;
  • Prestar suporte aos clientes durante o processo de implantação, esclarecendo dúvidas e mediando questionamentos;
  • Realizar ajustes pontuais de configuração e integrações, conforme direcionamento técnico

Requirements

Obrigatórios

  • Experiência prévia em cartório (registro, notas, protesto, RTD ou áreas correlatas);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade para lidar com clientes e compreender processos operacionais;
  • Organização e atenção a detalhes para registro de informações e atividades;
  • Interesse em atuar com tecnologia, suporte ou implantação de sistemas.

Diferencial

  • Conhecimento ou vivência com o sistema de cartório Asgard;
  • Experiência prévia com sistemas de gestão cartorial;
  • Participação em treinamentos, implantações ou suporte a sistemas;
  • Facilidade para aprendizado técnico e adaptação a novos processos.
