  • Riordino e rifornimento del banco gastronomia.
  • Cura dell'igiene e dell'ordine degli spazi di lavoro.
  • Collaborazione costante con il team di cucina e sala.

Aiuto Cuoco/a Part-Time (30 ore settimanali) - Categorie Protette L.68/99

Entrerai a far parte della brigata di cucina supportando la preparazione dei prodotti e contribuendo al mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi del punto vendita. Ti occuperai di:

  • Preparazione delle materie prime e supporto nelle lavorazioni di cucina.
  • Assemblaggio dei prodotti secondo ricette e procedure aziendali.
  • Controllo della qualità delle preparazioni.
  • Mantenimento degli standard HACCP e delle norme igienico-sanitarie.
  • Gestione e organizzazione della postazione di lavoro.
  • Supporto nelle attività di ricevimento e stoccaggio merci.

Commis di Sala Part-Time (24/30 ore settimanali) - Categorie Protette L.68/99

Farai parte del team di sala supportando le attività quotidiane del locale e contribuendo a garantire un'esperienza positiva per la clientela. Ti occuperai di:

  • Accoglienza e supporto ai clienti all'interno del punto vendita.
  • Riordino e pulizia dei tavoli e delle aree comuni.
  • Supporto al team nelle attività operative di sala.
  • Preparazione e sistemazione degli spazi dedicati alla clientela.
  • Gestione del corretto allestimento della sala durante il servizio.
  • Collaborazione con il personale di cucina e banco per garantire un servizio fluido ed efficiente.

Requirements

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette (L.68/99).
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Affidabilità, precisione e flessibilità.
  • Disponibilità al lavoro su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.
  • Gradita esperienza, anche breve, nel settore della ristorazione o nel retail.
