Sulla Struttura:

L’esclusivo Hotel 4 Stelle di Lusso è situato in una posizione centrale, tra Piazza San Marco e il Ponte di Rialto. Dispone di 165 camere e suite eleganti, oltre a un pontile privato per l'accesso diretto tramite gondola o taxi acqueo. Offre servizi di alta qualità, come un ristorante con corte interna e una terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestione del Bar: Supervisionare e coordinare tutte le attività operative del bar, garantendo un servizio impeccabile e il rispetto degli standard qualitativi della struttura.
  • Coordinamento del Team: Organizzare e supervisionare il personale di bar, assicurando una corretta gestione dei turni e un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato all’eccellenza.
  • Qualità e Standard di Servizio: Garantire elevati standard nella preparazione e presentazione di cocktail e bevande, assicurando il rispetto delle procedure e degli standard di servizio.
  • Formazione: Formare e affiancare il team sulle tecniche di preparazione e servizio, sulla conoscenza della drink list e sulle modalità di accoglienza e relazione con la clientela.
  • Gestione della Clientela: Mantenere un rapporto diretto con gli ospiti, assicurando un’esperienza di alto livello, anticipandone le esigenze e gestendo eventuali richieste o problematiche con professionalità.
  • Gestione Operativa: Monitorare stock, ordini e approvvigionamenti, collaborando con i fornitori e garantendo un'attenta gestione dei costi e delle scorte.
  • Reporting: Riportare direttamente al Food & Beverage Manager.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza: Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Bar Manager o in posizione analoga all’interno di hotel 4 o 5 stelle, realtà di lusso o cocktail bar di alto livello.
  • Competenze Manageriali: Ottime capacità di coordinamento e gestione del team, unite a un forte orientamento alla qualità e al dettaglio.
  • Orientamento al Cliente: Spiccata passione per il settore dell’ospitalità e forte dedizione a un alto livello di servizio.
  • Conoscenza del Prodotto: Solida conoscenza del mondo della mixology, dei distillati e delle principali tecniche di preparazione e servizio.
  • Flessibilità Oraria: Disponibilità a lavorare su turni flessibili, inclusi weekend e festivi.
  • Preferibile: Conoscenza del mercato dell’hospitality di lusso di Venezia.

  • Inserimento diretto in azienda con iniziale contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi e prospettiva di passaggio all'indeterminato.
  • Inquadramento al livello B2 del CCNL Turismo con retribuzione di 36-40K di RAL.
