Principales missions:

  • Accueillir et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur expérience
  • Préparer et servir les boissons dans le respect des standards TOCA Social
  • Conseiller les clients et valoriser l’offre boissons
  • Prendre les commandes, servir et s’assurer de la satisfaction des clients
  • Contribuer à créer une ambiance chaleureuse et des expériences mémorables
  • Encadrer et accompagner les profils plus juniors
  • Veiller au respect de la réglementation (notamment contrôle de l’âge)
  • Maintenir les espaces du bar propres, organisés et accueillants
  • Assurer le réapprovisionnement des produits et du matériel
  • Gérer les encaissements de manière fiable et efficace
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les équipes pour garantir un service fluide
  • Respecter les normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et les procédures internes
  • Apporter un soutien aux équipes (barbacks, autres services) selon les besoins
  • Faire preuve de polyvalence en fonction de l’activité

Requirements

Profil recherché:

  • Ponctuel(le), fiable, avec une excellente attitude et un bon sens du travail
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant
  • Sens du service et envie de proposer une expérience client de qualité
  • Envie de faire plaisir aux clients et de créer des moments mémorables
  • Esprit d’équipe et polyvalence, prêt(e) à s’impliquer et à aider les autres services si besoin
  • Première expérience au bar, notamment en préparation de cocktails
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en soirée, le week-end et les jours fériés
  • L’anglais est un plus
