We’re currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support our expanding services across Central Florida, including:

Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties

Service settings include: In-home, school-based, and clinic environments

→ Orlando (Lake Ellenor Clinic) Clinic, in-home, school, and private school partnerships

→ East Orlando (Waterford Lakes Clinic) Clinic, in-home, and school-based services

→ Kissimmee (Kissimmee Clinic) Clinic, in-home, and school-based services

→ Deland Region In-home and school-based services

→ Davenport/Poinciana Region In-home and school-based services

Founded in 2015, Camen Behavioral Services has become a trusted provider of high-quality ABA therapy across Central Florida.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

We’d love to connect with you if you have:

→ Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field → Current and active BCBA certification → Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings → Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills → Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities

🔍 BCBA Responsibilities

→ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments → Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) → Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions → Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation → Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff → Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
