ビジネスディベロップメントマネージャーとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます：

  • 日本国内におけるすべての活動を統括し、市場拡大を推進する
  • 企業、政府機関、その他の専門組織との関係を構築し、PeopleCert（PC）製品の認知度向上および市場拡大を支援する
  • 日本国内のPCパートナー企業と密接に連携し、PC製品の販売拡大を支援する
  • 高度なアカウントマネジメントスキルと豊富な実務経験を活かし、経営層レベルとの質の高いビジネス関係を構築・維持する
  • ターゲット主導型の営業戦略を実施し、PeopleCert製品のB2B市場浸透率を最大化する
  • 本社オペレーションチームと連携しながら、現地市場の状況や文化に配慮した各種業務を調整する
  • 担当エリア／セグメントにおける時間対効果（Return on Time Investment）を最大化するため、個人営業戦略を計画・実行する
  • 日次・週次・月次目標に対する進捗を管理し、本社へ報告する
  • サポートチームと連携しながら、顧客からの問題や苦情の迅速な解決を推進する
  • 展示会やコンベンションへ参加する

応募資格

  • ビジネス、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号をお持ちの方歓迎
  • ビジネス開発または営業分野で5年以上の実務経験を有する方
  • 厳しい営業環境においても、多数のコールドコールを行い、商談獲得ができる方
  • 英語および日本語に堪能な方
  • 教育マネジメント業界への深い理解があり、自社の価値提案を顧客に分かりやすく説明できる方
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルを有する方
  • 売上目標を達成・超過した実績をお持ちの方
  • 主体性があり、責任感とオーナーシップを持って業務に取り組める方
  • ITIL®、PRINCE2®、およびPeopleCert製品に関する知識があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
  • 上級レベルの英語力（C2レベル相当）。LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE または C2 IESOL資格保有者は歓迎
  • 高度なPCスキルを有する方。ECDL Advanced資格保有者は歓迎
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM または類似CRMソフトウェアの使用経験があれば尚可
