🌟 What You’ll Do 🌟

✨ Drive Sales & Customer Engagement

💖 Be the face of Ksisters! Provide exceptional customer service while driving sales through expert product recommendations. 💖 Meet & exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers and introducing them to the latest K-beauty trends. 💖 Build long-term relationships with customers, turning them into loyal Ksisters fans through personalized service.

✨ Elevate the In-Store Experience

💖 Keep our store vibrant and engaging—maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are beautifully presented. 💖 Support events & workshops to bring the Ksisters experience to life, including exclusive brand activations. 💖 Be an expert in Ksisters’ brands—stay updated on our curated selection of K-beauty, skincare, and personal color analysis trends.

✨ Operational Excellence

💖 Ensure smooth store operations—manage stock levels, handle transactions, and assist with inventory planning. 💖 Take initiative to improve processes and create a seamless shopping experience. 💖 Work closely with the team & Store Manager to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies.

Requirements

Retail experience in beauty or fashion is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most!
