En ALTEN México, empresa líder en ingeniería y desarrollo tecnológico, estamos en búsqueda de un Becario de Desarrollo Organizacional que desee adquirir experiencia y desarrollarse profesionalmente dentro del área de Recursos Humanos.

Como becario, tendrás la oportunidad de participar en diferentes iniciativas de Desarrollo Organizacional y Recursos Humanos, colaborando en proyectos enfocados en el crecimiento y bienestar de nuestros colaboradores.

Actividades a realizar:

  • Apoyar en actividades enfocadas en el bienestar y satisfacción de los ingenieros.
  • Dar seguimiento a acciones derivadas de los diagnósticos organizacionales.
  • Apoyar con la documentación y tramites para la incorporación de los ingenieros.
  • Apoyar en las iniciativas que promuevan la cultura organizacional, el buen ambiente de trabajo, colaboración y retención del personal de ALTEN México
  • Apoyar en la integración de nuevos ingenieros a la empresa, puesto y equipo de trabajo.
  • Apoyar en la aplicación y seguimiento de entrevistas de salida y procesos administrativos relacionados con las bajas.
  • Apoyar en la aplicación y seguimiento de encuestas de satisfacción.
  • Apoyar en el proceso de evaluación de desempeño de los ingenieros.
  • Apoyar en el seguimiento de políticas, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo establecidos por la empresa.
  • Colaborar en diferentes proyectos e iniciativas del área de Recursos Humanos.

Requirements

  • Estudiante de los últimos semestres de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración, Pedagogía, Educación o áreas afines.
  • Contar con seguro facultativo vigente
  • Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 2:30pm
  • Interés en Desarrollo Organizacional.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Organización y atención al detalle.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente PowerPoint y Excel.
  • Actitud proactiva, responsable y disposición para aprender.
  • Inglés intermedio - avanzado es un plus.
