Il Ruolo

Inserito all'interno del team di Accoglienza e Ricevimento, il Bellboy gestisce le prime e le ultime impressioni degli ospiti, garantendo un'esperienza di arrivo e partenza memorabile, fluida ed eccellente. Svolge un ruolo operativo, dinamico e in prima linea nel fornire un'ampia gamma di servizi di assistenza e accoglienza personalizzata.

Principali Mansioni e Responsabilità

  • Accoglienza e Servizio Ospiti: Gestire le procedure di accoglienza e partenza (check-in/check-out support), assistendo i clienti con bagagli, indicazioni e informazioni generali.
  • Assistenza al Cliente: Rispondere con tempestività e proattività alle richieste degli ospiti, fornendo suggerimenti e consigli sulle principali attrazioni e caratteristiche della zona.
  • Operatività e Movimentazione: Spostare, sollevare e trasportare bagagli e materiali (fino a 50 libbre / ~22 kg in autonomia e oltre 75 libbre / ~34 kg con assistenza).
  • Presidio della Hall e Aree Comuni: Mantenere una presenza attiva e un atteggiamento solare e professionale nell'area di lavoro, rimanendo in movimento e a disposizione dei clienti per tutta la durata del turno.
  • Standard di Qualità e Sicurezza: Rispettare le politiche, i tempi e le procedure aziendali, proteggere i beni dell'hotel e garantire la massima riservatezza delle informazioni.
  • Immagine Aziendale: Cura dell'aspetto personale e dell'uniforme, garantendo una comunicazione sempre distinta, impeccabile e professionale.

Profilo Ricercato

  • Istruzione: Diploma di scuola superiore o titolo equivalente (es. G.E.D.).
  • Esperienza lavorativa: Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa nel ruolo (costituisce un titolo preferenziale l'aver maturato esperienze pregresse in ruoli analoghi o nel settore dell'accoglienza/hôtellerie).
  • Esperienza di supervisione: Non richiesta.
  • Requisiti fisici e operativi: Attitudine ad attività pratiche che comportano l'essere in movimento per periodi prolungati e la movimentazione manuale dei carichi/bagagli.
  • Soft Skills: Eccellenti doti relazionali, orientamento al cliente, autonomia, flessibilità e forte spirito di iniziativa.

Inquadramento e Condizioni Contrattuali

  • Contratto: Tempo Determinato full time di 6 mesi (con concreta possibilità di proroga).
  • Inquadramento: CCNL Turismo - Livello D1.
  • Retribuzione (RAL): € 21.555,66 base (comprensiva di 13esima e 14esima) + sistema di mance.
  • Orari e Turnazione: Full time su 5 giorni a settimana (con 2 giorni di riposo a rotazione). Rotazione su tutti i turni, inclusi quelli notturni (7:00–15:30, 15:00–23:30, 23:00–7:30).
