Das erwartet dich

  • Bedarfsorientierte und kompetente Beratung der Kunden im oberen Mittelstand
  • Intensivierung bestehender Kundenverbindungen, Akquisition von Neukunden und Entwicklung langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Erarbeitung risiko- und bedarfsgerechter Finanzstrategien mit den Kunden

Requirements

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung mit berufsbezogener interner oder externer Weiterbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Firmen- und Gewerbekundenbereich
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen, digitale Medien und Freude an ganzheitlicher, erfolgsorientierter Kundenberatung
  • Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle und partnerschaftliche Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
