This is a highly patient-facing role where you’ll serve as one of the first points of contact for new and existing patients. You’ll handle inquiries, schedule consultations and appointments, coordinate follow-ups, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure every interaction feels warm, organized, and supportive.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can build trust quickly over the phone. You should be fluent in both English and Spanish, with clear and easily understandable spoken English.

If you combine empathy with strong organization, attention to detail, and a professional phone presence, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own

  • Provide exceptional patient support through phone, SMS, and email.
  • Respond to new patient inquiries and guide patients through consultation and scheduling processes.
  • Communicate confidently and compassionately in both English and Spanish.

Documentation & Systems Management

  • Accurately document patient interactions, requests, and outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed and organized notes within company systems.
  • Keep patient information and records current.
  • Work across multiple platforms and tools simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Follow established documentation and operational procedures.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Quality, Coaching & Collaboration

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
