Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Dearborn, MI
Full-time pay: $85,000–$100,000 annually, salaried/exempt Full-time schedule: Clinic operating hours are 8:15 a.m.–7 p.m.; rotating closing shift required Settings: Dearborn clinic and clients’ homes
Patterns Behavioral Services is hiring full-time and part-time BCBAs to provide individualized services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You’ll lead clinical programming, support families, and develop Behavior Technicians and RBTs with guidance from an experienced clinical leadership team.
What you’ll do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinically appropriate evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior-support plans.
- Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress and clinical need.
- Provide consultation, education, and support to clients and families.
- Train, supervise, coach, and evaluate Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development, quality assurance, and clinical growth.
- Coordinate with payers and complete required clinical documentation.
- Provide direct services when clinically appropriate.
- Develop or deliver individual and small-group staff training.
- Travel between the Dearborn clinic and assigned client homes as needed.
Opportunities may also be available to support a small school-based clinic under the direction of the Classroom Clinical Director.
What you’ll need
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- A graduate degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience developing and monitoring ABA treatment plans.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
- The ability to supervise and develop Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Reliable transportation for travel between assigned service locations.
Experience providing clinic-based and home-based services, conducting assessments, supervising staff, and working with insurance-funded ABA programs is preferred.

Requirements
- BCBA certification
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and have sound decision-making skills
