Position Summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven managerial experience in operations, warehouse management, financial control, and team leadership. The Branch Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, implementing performance systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures, KPIs, and performance systems.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage budgets, financial controls, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for branch staff.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Operations Management at a managerial level.
  • Strong background in Warehouse and Inventory Management.
  • Demonstrated Leadership and People Management skills.
  • Solid expertise in Financial Management and Budget Control.
  • Hands-on managerial experience with direct responsibility for teams and business performance.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and monitoring systems.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
  • Language proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).
