The posting

The Brand, Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day execution of BetKing's brand, media and influencer marketing activities. This role is the operational engine behind the brand: managing projects end to end, coordinating creative and media agency partners, keeping brand assets current, tracking the competitive landscape, and managing the company's brand ambassadors and influencers. This role exists to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, on budget and to a consistent brand standard, while keeping the Head of Marketing informed of progress and issues on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Project Management

  • Own the day-to-day project management of brand marketing initiatives, driving projects from brief through to delivery.
  • Maintain project timelines, trackers and status documents; anticipate risks and resolve bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs and keep all stakeholders aligned on scope, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide the Head of Marketing with daily updates on project status, priorities, blockers and decisions required.

Creative Agency & ATL Campaign Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the creative agency on above-the-line (ATL) campaigns.
  • Brief the agency, review creative output against the brief and brand guidelines, and manage revision rounds through to final approval.
  • Coordinate material resizing and adaptation across formats and channels to ensure assets are fit for each placement.
  • Follow up with agency partners to share project feedback and secure proof of deployment for delivered work.

Media Agency & Media Planning

  • Liaise with the media agency on media plans, ensuring plans align with campaign objectives, budgets and timelines.
  • Review, challenge and approve media schedules, and track delivery against the agreed plan.
  • Collect and file proof of deployment for media placements.

Brand Asset Management

  • Keep BetKing's media assets and brand asset library current, organized and correctly versioned.
  • Ensure the latest approved assets are available to internal teams and external partners and retire outdated materials.
  • Safeguard brand consistency across all assets and applications.

Influencer & Brand Ambassador Management

  • Manage BetKing's permanent brand ambassadors and influencers against a monthly calendar, scope of work and defined deliverables.
  • Track ambassador and influencer deliverables, ensure obligations are met, and manage relationships day to day.
  • Source, brief and manage campaign-based influencers for specific initiatives.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and regulatory requirements.

Competitor Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor brand, media and influencer activity on an ongoing basis.
  • Produce regular competitor tracking reports with observations and implications for BetKing.
  • Surface relevant trends and opportunities to the Head of Marketing.

Procurement, Vendors & Invoicing

  • Liaise with the procurement function from the start to the close of each project, ensuring processes are followed and approvals obtained.
  • Follow up on vendor invoices and payments to keep partners paid on time and projects unblocked.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices and payment status.

Reporting

  • Keep the Head of Marketing updated on day-to-day items across all areas of responsibility.
  • Compile and present regular status and performance updates as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in brand, media or marketing project management, ideally within a fast-paced consumer brand, agency, or the betting/gaming, FMCG or telecoms sectors.
  • Proven experience managing creative and media agency relationships.
  • Hands-on experience managing influencers and/or brand ambassadors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of ATL campaign development and media planning fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor/invoice management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Relationship management with influencers and ambassadors.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
