Job Description
The Broker Relations Analyst will play a key role in supporting broker engagement, research vendor management, and data-driven insights for the Corporate Access and broker governance processes. The role requires strong coordination capability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform corporate access data analysis, prepare summary reports, and monitor the landscape of corporate access activities
- Assist in communications with brokers, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries, event coordination, and ongoing relationship management.
- Onboard brokers, including due diligence coordination with legal and compliance, and maintaining accurate records.
- Onboard and manage research vendors, including contract tracking, entitlement management, and renewal coordination.
- Support ongoing process enhancement and governance initiatives related to broker and research vendor management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across investment teams, operations, compliance, and finances.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in the financial services industry (e.g. accounting firm, asset management, brokerage, investment banking, trading operations, research vendors, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and brokerage workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in broker onboarding, research vendor management, due diligence, or relationship management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to broker interactions and research procurement.
