RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document Verification: Collect, review, and organize supporting documents (pay slips, tax returns, bank statements) to ensure applications are "investor-ready" before submission.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a background in customer service.
  • Location & Reliability: Must be based in Cebu and able to commit to Perth business hours consistently.

PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have):

  • Industry Tools: Prior experience using Connective (Mercury or MyCRM) is a significant advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Australian mortgage industry, including basic knowledge of lenders and loan structures.
  • Certifications: A Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
