Aureol Global Connections is excited to announce an opening for a Building Services Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all building services operations, ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality. As the Building Services Manager, you will oversee maintenance teams, coordinate service contracts, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your leadership and expertise will be vital in optimizing building performance and enhancing the overall tenant experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of building services, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to building services, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding building services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in building services management.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to building services activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in building services management or facility operations.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and contractor relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards in building operations.
