Αναζητούμε έμπειρο και δυναμικό Γενικό Επιστάτη για την καθημερινή διαχείριση, τη συντήρηση και την εύρυθμη λειτουργία ενός κτιρίου γραφείων υψηλών προδιαγραφών. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα διασφαλίζει την άψογη εικόνα των εγκαταστάσεων και την ασφάλεια των ενοίκων και των επισκεπτών. Επίσης, θα επιβλέπει την εκτέλεση των τεχνικών εργασιών και θα συντονίζει το προσωπικό.

Κύρια Καθήκοντα

  • Τεχνική Διαχείριση & Συντήρηση: Επίβλεψη και έλεγχος των μηχανολογικών, ηλεκτρολογικών, υδραυλικών και κλιματιστικών (HVAC) συστημάτων του κτιρίου. Εκτέλεση προληπτικών ελέγχων και μικροεπισκευών.
  • Διαχείριση Προσωπικού: Συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση του προσωπικού καθαριότητας, ασφαλείας και συντήρησης.
  • Πυρασφάλεια & Συμμόρφωση: Εφαρμογή των κανονισμών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας (Health & Safety). Τακτικός έλεγχος των συστημάτων πυρασφάλειας, πυρανίχνευσης και ανελκυστήρων.
  • Εξυπηρέτηση Ενοίκων: Άμεση ανταπόκριση και επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων ή παραπόνων των εταιρειών που στεγάζονται στο κτίριο.
  • Διαχείριση Εργολάβων: Συνεργασία και επίβλεψη εξωτερικών συνεργατών και τεχνικών εταιρειών όταν απαιτούνται εξειδικευμένες εργασίες.
  • Έλεγχος Αποθεμάτων: Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων υλικών συντήρησης και καθαριότητας.

Requirements

  • Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5-7 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση διαχείρισης κτιρίων, συγκροτημάτων γραφείων ή μεγάλων εγκαταστάσεων.
  • Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου / Μηχανολόγου / Τεχνικού Εγκαταστάσεων ή σχετική πιστοποίηση θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.
  • Γνώση λειτουργίας συστημάτων κτιριακού αυτοματισμού (BMS).
  • Ικανότητα χρήσης Η/Υ (MS Office) για τη σύνταξη αναφορών και διαχείριση αιτημάτων.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, πνεύμα συνεργασίας και ομαδικότητας
