Ali Professional, società di Ricerca e Selezione, ricerca per un'importante realtà operante nel settore Logistica e Trasporti un/una Business Analyst da inserire all'interno dell'area Operations.

La risorsa avrà un ruolo centrale nel supportare il percorso di innovazione aziendale, contribuendo all'implementazione del nuovo sistema gestionale e al miglioramento continuo dei processi operativi, con l'obiettivo di incrementare efficienza, qualità del servizio e performance organizzative.

Principali responsabilità

  • Analizzare i processi operativi e logistici, individuando opportunità di ottimizzazione e miglioramento.
  • Supportare il progetto di migrazione e implementazione del nuovo sistema informatico aziendale.
  • Monitorare e analizzare KPI relativi a trasporti, magazzino e servizio clienti, predisponendo reportistica e dashboard a supporto del management.
  • Mappare flussi operativi, processi e layout logistici, favorendo la standardizzazione delle procedure.
  • Collaborare trasversalmente con le diverse funzioni aziendali per identificare inefficienze e definire azioni correttive.
  • Analizzare dati, costi operativi e indicatori di performance a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.
  • Garantire l'aggiornamento della documentazione e delle procedure operative.

Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata di almeno 8 anni in ruoli di analisi dati e/o processi all'interno di contesti logistici e/o di trasporto.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Power BI ed Excel.
  • Solide capacità di analisi numerica e interpretazione dei dati.
  • Esperienza nella definizione e monitoraggio di KPI operativi.
  • Precisione, capacità organizzative e orientamento al risultato.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
