The posting

At Skroutz Last Mile, we believe that great decisions start with great insights. As we continue to scale our operations and evolve our delivery network across Greece and Cyprus, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help us turn complex business questions and data into clear, actionable insights.

You will join our Strategy & BI team, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Finance to transform raw operational data into models, identify opportunities, and support strategic and operational decisions that drive the business forward.

What you will be doing

  • Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key business metrics (KPIs)
  • Investigate operational questions end to end: define the metric, model the data correctly, validate against ground truth, and present a clear answer
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to translate operational challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with BI team to define data requirements and data extraction
  • Translate forecasts into concrete operational plans (headcount, shifts, resourcing) for teams across the company
  • Support strategic initiatives with ad-hoc analysis and business case modelling
  • Document business processes and translate them into clear requirements for technical teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a business / operations / strategy analyst role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or another operationally intensive domain.
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets and/or Excel) for planning and financial work
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to own ambiguous problems end to end and present results clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to convey complex findings clearly
  • Structured problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
  • Greek and English working proficiency

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations analytics
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
