The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Consultant to join our collaborative team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with diverse clients to assess their unique needs, develop customized growth strategies, and drive measurable business results. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to optimize client operations, leverage available funding mechanisms, and build lasting partnerships that extend far beyond project completion.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities for clients
  • Develop and implement tailored business strategies utilizing available funding tools (ESPA, Development Law)
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and client meetings to gather insights and gather actionable feedback
  • Provide expert guidance on operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client success
  • Monitor project performance and evaluate outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives
  • Cultivate strong, lasting client relationships through proactive support and strategic guidance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business consulting or equivalent advisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of funding tools (ESPA, Development Law)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Greek and English
