Ben jij analytisch sterk, leergierig en wil je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen finance en business control? Dan is deze functie als Business Controller bij Keylane een mooie volgende stap. In deze rol ondersteun je bij financiële analyses, rapportages en forecasting, terwijl je nauw samenwerkt met ervaren controllers en verschillende business teams.

Key about your role

Als Business Controller help je bij het inzichtelijk maken van financiële prestaties en ondersteun je de organisatie bij het nemen van datagedreven beslissingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages
  • Meewerken aan budgetten en forecasts
  • Analyseren van financiële en operationele KPI’s
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij verbeteracties
  • Opstellen van managementrapportages en dashboards
  • Ondersteunen bij business cases en financiële analyses
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie
  • Verbeteren en automatiseren van rapportageprocessen

Key about your team

Je maakt deel uit het Finance-team en werkt nauw samen met collega controllers en financiële specialisten. Tegelijkertijd ben je sterk verbonden met de business en werk je samen met managers en teamleads van afdelingen zoals Product Development, Operations en Commercial.

In deze rool opereer je op het snijvlak van strategie, operatie en finance. Je bent een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor het management en draagt zowel bij aan de sturing van kortetermijnprestaties als aan de langetermijnstrategie.

Het team biedt een dynamische werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering centraal staan. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat financiële inzichten daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan impact binnen de business.

Requirements

  • Je bent een enthousiaste professional met interesse en enigszins ervaring in finance, controlling en business analyse. Je vindt het leuk om met cijfers te werken en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische organisatie.
  • Een achtergrond bij IT, consultancy of services organisaties zal je in deze functie enorm helpen.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over:
  • Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar
  • Goede analytische vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met Excel; kennis van Power BI is een pré
  • Een proactieve en nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

*Iedere medewerker van Keylane is verplicht een training over informatiebeveiliging te volgen. Daarnaast gelden voor alle medewerkers, ongeacht hun functie, de basisverantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging

Benefits

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.200 en €5.100 op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van ervaring en senioriteit;
  • 8% vakantiegeld over het totale bruto jaarsalaris;

  • Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,23 per kilometer of een NS Business Card, die ook privé gebruikt mag worden;
  • 24 vakantiedagen (met de mogelijkheid extra dagen bij te kopen) en 7 inclusiedagen, die ingewisseld kunnen worden voor vaste Nederlandse feestdagen zodat je deze kunt opnemen wanneer jij wilt;
  • Flexibiliteit in de werkomgeving. Als onderdeel van een hybride team werk je deels vanuit huis en deels op kantoor. Op kantoor staat dagelijks een gratis lunch voor je klaar. Werk je vanuit huis, dan ontvang je een thuiswerkvergoeding (€4 netto per dag) en internetvergoeding (€35 netto per maand);
  • De mogelijkheid om maximaal 2 maanden per jaar remote vanuit het buitenland te werken;
  • De mogelijkheid om via ons fietsleaseprogramma een fiets te leasen;
  • Een jaarcontract dat bij goed functioneren wordt omgezet naar een vast contract;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf professioneel en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen via onze Academy met trainingen en opleidingen;
