物流領域では、ピッキングアシストロボット、自動倉庫、自動フォークリフトなどを同じクラウド基盤上で連携させることで、既存倉庫でも大規模工事を抑えつつ、生産性向上と柔軟な自動化を実現しています。

【役割と責任 】

当社のPA-AMRソリューションにおいて、カスタマーサクセスとエンジニアリングの間をつなぐビジネスアナリストを募集しています。

このポジションでは、トレース、タイムスタンプ、メトリクス、ダッシュボード、分析アウトプットに関する要件を定義していただきます。倉庫業務のユースケースを理解し、システムの可視性における不足を特定した上で、現場のニーズを明確なエンジニアリング要件へと変換する役割です。

なお、このポジションは、見込み顧客向けのROI試算シミュレーションや営業活動の支援を目的とするものではありません。導入後の実際のPA-AMR運用を把握・監視・改善するために必要なトレース、メトリクス、タイミングロジック、分析アウトプットの定義と改善に重点を置いた役割です。

【職務内容】

要件定義

  • PA-AMRのワークフローと顧客のユースケースを理解する。
  • トレース、タイムスタンプ、イベント出力、メトリクス、ダッシュボードの要件を定義する。
  • 不足しているトレースや不明確なロジックを特定し、追加・変更を依頼する。
  • エンジニアリングおよびオペレーション向けに、要件を明確に文書化する。

分析

  • 運用フロー、イベントのタイミング、KPIロジックを分析する。
  • 現在のトレースやダッシュボードが十分かどうかを検証する。
  • システムイベントからメトリクスをどのように算出すべきかを定義する。
  • 運用およびROIに関する課題の根本原因分析を支援する。

部門横断的な連携

  • オペレーションと連携し、現場のニーズと課題を把握する。
  • エンジニアリングと連携し、実装方針をすり合わせる。
  • ダッシュボードおよび分析結果が実際の倉庫運用を反映していることを担保する。
  • チーム間の優先順位の整合を支援する。

ツールとデータ

  • Grafana、Elasticsearch、BigQueryなどのツールを用いて業務を行う。
  • ダッシュボードの設計と分析定義を支援する。
  • バックエンドの分析アウトプットに必要なデータ要件を整理する。

Requirements

  • 必須条件
  • ビジネス分析、ソリューション分析、プロダクト分析、運用アナリティクス、またはこれらに準ずる業務における3〜6年の経験。
  • 高い論理的思考力と課題解決能力。
  • 要件を文書化し、複数チームと協働した経験。
  • ビジネスワークフローと技術システムの双方を理解できること。
  • トレースベースまたはイベントベースのシステムに関する知見。
  • Grafana、Elasticsearch、BigQuery、Power BI、Tableauなどの分析・ダッシュボードツールの使用経験。
  • 基本的なSQLまたはPythonのスキル。
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語。
  • 日本国内で就業可能であること。
  • 歓迎要件
  • ロボティクス、AMR、倉庫自動化、物流、または産業用ソフトウェア領域での経験。
  • 運用上の課題を技術要件へ落とし込んだ経験。
  • 期待される成果
  • カスタマーサクセスが各サイトのパフォーマンスを把握するために必要な可視性を得られている。
  • エンジニアリングがトレース、メトリクス、アウトプットに関する明確な要件を受け取れている。
