The posting

Nous recrutons pour le compte d’un groupe international de référence dans les métiers de l’ingénierie, du conseil et des infrastructures, un Business Developer H/F basé à Casablanca.

Le poste s’inscrit dans un contexte de développement des activités au Maroc, avec une forte dimension commerciale, relationnelle et stratégique. L’objectif est d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités, développer un portefeuille de clients clés et contribuer à la croissance de l’activité sur des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

  • Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur le marché marocain.
  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients publics, privés et institutionnels.
  • Assurer une veille active sur les projets, appels d’offres, plans d’investissement et opportunités marché.
  • Créer et maintenir des relations de confiance avec les décideurs, prescripteurs, partenaires et maîtres d’ouvrage.
  • Comprendre les besoins clients et les traduire en opportunités concrètes pour les équipes internes.
  • Participer à la préparation des offres commerciales, réponses aux consultations et appels d’offres.
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes techniques, financières et juridiques.
  • Suivre le pipeline commercial et assurer un reporting régulier.
  • Représenter l’entreprise lors de rendez-vous clients, événements professionnels et rencontres institutionnelles.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de développement commercial au Maroc.

Requirements

Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en développement commercial B2B, idéalement acquise dans un environnement technique ou de services complexes : ingénierie, conseil, infrastructures, BTP, transport, énergie, bâtiment, aménagement urbain ou services aux grands comptes.

Vous savez ouvrir des portes, construire une relation de confiance avec des interlocuteurs exigeants et suivre des cycles de vente longs. Vous êtes à l’aise dans les environnements où il faut comprendre des enjeux techniques, coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes et défendre une proposition de valeur claire.

Prérequis

  • Formation supérieure Bac+5 en commerce, ingénierie, management ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en business development, développement commercial, gestion grands comptes ou vente de services complexes.
  • Bonne connaissance du marché marocain.
  • Expérience avec des clients publics, institutionnels ou grands comptes fortement appréciée.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des équipes techniques.
  • Français courant. Anglais professionnel apprécié.
  • Autonomie, sens du réseau, esprit de conquête et excellente présentation.
