We zijn een snelgroeiend techbedrijf met een informele, resultaatgerichte cultuur: we nemen ons werk serieus, elkaar niet te serieus, en we vieren het wanneer een salon écht groeit dankzij wat wij bouwen.

Als Business Developer bij Treatwell bouw je je eigen klantportfolio op in regio Eindhoven. Met de leaseauto van de zaak bezoek je salons, kappers en barbers. Je laat zien wat onze software voor hun zaak kan betekenen en sluit zelf de deal. Van eerste contact tot handtekening tot een soepele start: jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces, geen lead-overdracht, geen dagelijkse file naar de Randstad.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je eigen pipeline opbouwen in regio Eindhoven: van eerste bezoek tot getekend contract, via walk-ins, bellen, social en referrals
  • Salons, kappers en barbers laten zien hoe Treatwell (Connect en Salonized), betaalterminals en marketplace hun zaak laten groeien
  • Marktfeedback delen met het team om ons product te verbeteren
  • Je werkt vanuit huis, in het veld en vanuit je auto. Kantoorbezoek in Amsterdam alleen bij kick-offs, training of teammomenten

Requirements

Wie jij bent

  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar field sales, deur-tot-deur, B2B buitendienst of vergelijkbare salesrol
  • Je hebt een bewezen track record in het halen van targets (en je vertelt daar graag meer over)
  • Je houdt van zelfstandig werken en je eigen regio runnen als ware het je eigen business
  • Je woont in of rond Eindhoven en kent de regio
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
  • Vloeiend Nederlands
