Ali Professional - Search & Selection - sta selezionando un/a BUSINESS DEVELOPER JUNIOR per importante azienda bresciana leader nel settore di produzione di macchinari e sita in zona Rovato (BS)!

Sarai affiancato nel percorso di inserimento e crescita in modo che possa svolgere le seguenti

Principali attività:

  • Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business attraverso ricerche di mercato, utilizzo avanzato di Linkedin, partecipazione a fiere e networking;
  • Collaborare con il team di vendita per progettare e implementare strategie di crescita efficaci;
  • Partecipare a fiere per promuovere l'immagine dell'azienda ed espandere la rete professionale;
  • Instaurare i rapporti commerciali con i nuovi lead tramite primi contatti;
  • Attività di follow-up circa la qualificazione dei lead;
  • Gestione proattiva e imprenditoriale del mercato di riferimento, finalizzata all’acquisizione di nuovi lead e clienti, per una costante espansione del business e il conseguimento della leadership sul mercato
  • Disponibilità a trasferte su territorio italiano ed estero per visite clienti e partecipazione a fiere internazionali e/o conferenze.

Requirements

  • Padronanza dei social media (es. Linkedin) per lo sviluppo dei contatti e la creazione/espansione del network;
  • Cultura universitaria o equivalente;
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office;
  • Propensione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi;
  • Elevata autonomia operativa e decisionale.

Nice to have:

  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito vendita commerciale/marketing;
  • Costituiscono un plus 1-2 anni di esperienza nel settore manifatturiero;
  • Conoscenza di macchinari e dei sistemi di automazione industriale;
  • Familiarità con l'uso di CRM;
  • Passione e curiosità di apprendere.
