The posting

Job Brief:

The Business Development Associate will drive growth and market expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Based in our regional offices, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, researching, and qualifying high-value opportunities across critical sectors, including Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Logistics.

In this role, you will act as the engine of our business development team—translating complex market data into actionable insights, crafting compelling pitch materials, and managing key stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate is an agile professional who excels at cross-functional coordination, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, and is eager to support the localization and expansion goals aligned with KSA’s Vision 2030.

Your Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Qualification

  • Conduct Sector Research: Perform comprehensive market research and qualification to identify expansion opportunities within core target sectors (Logistics, Land, Aviation, Healthcare, Data Centers).
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Develop detailed market scans, competitor benchmarks, and macroeconomic trend analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Pitch & Proposal Management

  • Content Creation & Design Coordination: Draft high-impact briefing notes, pitch decks, and commercial proposals, collaborating closely with design teams to ensure polished, client-ready deliverables.
  • Commercial Bid Support: Provide end-to-end support for complex commercial proposals and strategic pilots.

Pipeline Management & Operations

  • Maintain BD Momentum: Manage and update business development follow-up tracking systems, ensuring all post-meeting action items are executed seamlessly.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Develop and maintain meticulous stakeholder maps to track key decision-makers and influential figures across public and private sectors in KSA.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate inputs and data across various Operating Companies (OpCos) to synthesize a unified, consolidated view of the organization’s business development pipeline.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business development, market research, management consulting, or a corporate analyst role, preferably within the GCC or KSA market.
  • Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with at least two of the target industries (Logistics, Healthcare, Aviation, Infrastructure, or Technology/Data Centers) is highly desirable.
  • KSA Market Nuance: A solid understanding of the KSA business landscape, government procurement tendencies, and corporate protocols

Your Proficiencies

  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift based on government mandates or market opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for creating data-driven decks and financial/market benchmarks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous for local stakeholder mapping.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to pull together data from multiple business units (OpCos) under tight deadlines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
