  • ניהול והרחבת תיקי לקוחות אסטרטגיים בתעשייה הביטחונית / התעופתית
  • איתור והובלת הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות
  • הובלת תהליכי מכירה מורכבים (B2B) מול גופים גדולים ופרויקטים רב-מערכתיים
  • עבודה על מכרזים והובלת תהליך ההצעה
  • ניהול ממשקים פנימיים עם הנדסה, תפעול, כספים וייצור
  • הבנת צרכי לקוח ותרגומם לפתרון הנדסי-עסקי
  • ייצוג החברה מול לקוחות, כנסים ותערוכות בינלאומיות

Requirements

  • ניסיון של 5+ שנים בפיתוח עסקי / מכירות טכניות
  • ניסיון בתעשייה ביטחונית / תעופתית – חובה
  • ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות בינלאומיים
  • ניסיון בניהול תהליכי מכירה מורכבים (B2B)
  • אוריינטציה טכנית ויכולת הבנת מערכות ומוצרים מורכבים
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – חובה
