Our client is is the leading Retail Marketing Solutions Provider. Our client is the leading Retail Marketing Solutions company with market leadership and proven track record in the industry. They offer a fully-integrated one-stop shop for all advertising and merchandising needs from their factory in the Philippines.

  • They design and build point-of-sale displays (e.g., stands, shelves, product booths)
  • They handle in-store branding and signage
  • They sometimes manage logistics and installation nationwide for these marketing setups

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify client needs, understand their challenges, and develop practical, commercially viable solutions using the company’s capabilities.

This is a field-based sales role focused on both new business development and account management, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling, client relationships, solution development, and project coordination.

The successful candidate should be commercially minded, practical, and able to communicate confidently with clients while understanding what is feasible from a production and fabrication perspective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and business development activities primarily across Metro Manila.
  • Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
  • Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points
  • Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals and needs.
  • Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are met
  • Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
  • Making “pitches” to win new business
  • A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients across relevant sectors.
  • Develop practical and commercially viable solutions based on the company’s capabilities, particularly for retail, supermarket, merchandising, installation, and fabrication requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, concepts, and other sales materials with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with the production team to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure client requirements can be delivered effectively.
  • Apply practical judgment when evaluating client requests and recommend suitable alternatives when requirements are not feasible within the client’s budget, specifications, materials, or timeline.
  • Provide clear client feedback and requirements to the production team and act as a bridge between the client and production throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively communicate client concerns, updates, delays, and requirements to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Prepare pricing and costing proposals for client presentation, subject to internal approval.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and actively develop new business opportunities.
  • Work toward agreed sales targets
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools to prepare reports, client presentations, initial concepts, research, and other business development materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any Course
  • Candidates with experience in below-the-line advertising, interior fit-outs, shopper trade marketing or related industry.
  • Preferably within:
  • OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising
  • BTL (Below-the-Line) agencies
  • Exhibition, events
  • Retail displays / merchandising
  • Modular fabrication
  • Creative solutions / production environments
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, account management, or project- based selling, project management.
  • With Existing client portfolio or business accounts, subject to company policies and confidentiality.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets, generating revenue, and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong communication, business relationships, entrepreneurial mindset, and trade marketing knowledge and business acumen.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS office tools especially Excel (pivot etc) and other business productivity tools.
  • Knowledgeable with PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools (for presentation)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English proficient)
  • Has the ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills— professional presentation, demeanor, and client-facing polish are important.
  • Logical, adaptable thinker.
  • Willing to do field work / travel around Metro Manila (additional allowance if outside MM)
  • Be willing to work on weekends when required by client or project requirements
  • Willing to do back-end clerical / admin works (i.e. liquidations, job P.O. etc)
  • Amenable to report to QC Main Plant when no client meetings

Advantageous but not required:

  • FMCG background/work experience.
  • Knowledgeable with MODULAR FABRICATION
  • Familiar with Furniture’s and alike
  • Technical knowledge in structural works

Location: Quezon City; mostly field work

Working hours: Flexible depending on client meetings, fieldwork, site visits, and installation schedules.

May occasionally be required to work outside regular working hours, particularly for urgent or rush client requirements.

May be required to extend working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on client inquiries, project requirements, or installation schedules.
