¿Te apasiona conectar con personas y convertir conversaciones en oportunidades de negocio? En Lumston buscamos Business Development Executive (entry-level) para integrarse a nuestro equipo Comercial.

Serás el motor de la generación de nuevas oportunidades: identificarás empresas con potencial, construirás relaciones con tomadores de decisión, nos representarás en eventos empresariales en CDMX y convertirás esos contactos en reuniones de alto valor para el negocio.

Es una posición ideal para alguien que busque desarrollarse, tratar con perfiles directivos desde el primer día y desarrollarse en un entorno comercial B2B de tecnología y consultoría.

Activities

Prospección y desarrollo comercial:

  • Investigar empresas y tomadores de decisión con potencial de negocio.
  • Construir y mantener actualizada una cartera de prospectos clave.
  • Realizar acercamientos estratégicos y personalizados por LinkedIn, correo electrónico y otros canales.
  • Agendar reuniones calificadas con el equipo comercial y brindar seguimiento puntual a cada oportunidad.

Networking y presencia en eventos:

  • Representar a la empresa en conferencias, exposiciones y encuentros empresariales en la Ciudad de México.
  • Iniciar conversaciones de valor con contactos clave y construir relaciones profesionales de largo plazo.
  • Dar seguimiento a los contactos obtenidos en eventos para convertirlos en oportunidades de pipeline.

Gestión, CRM y procesos:

  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de prospectos y actividades en el CRM.
  • Priorizar cuentas y seguimientos según su potencial de conversión.
  • Coordinar agendas comerciales y proponer mejoras a los procesos de prospección.

Requirements

  • Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en desarrollo comercial, prospección, ventas, generación de demanda, eventos. Deseable en empresas de tecnología, software o consultoría.
  • Licenciatura concluida en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería en Computación o carreras afines.
  • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita, con seguridad para interactuar con perfiles directivos y C-level.
  • Pensamiento estructurado, organización y orientación a procesos y resultados.
  • Experiencia en CRM y bases de datos (deseable)
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).
