The posting

About the Role It’s a full time on-site role with an opportunity to become hybrid later on. This is not a volume-and-automation role. We are looking for a LinkedIn outreach expert who can book discovery calls by reaching out to prospects over LinkedIn. And we need someone who has already done this and generated at least 4 to 6 quality discovery calls every month.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify decision-makers at target healthcare, telehealth, and health-tech businesses who fit our ICP
  • Build a qualified, well-researched prospect list before any outreach begins, covering website review, tech stack, patient flow, and pain points
  • Build a strong, self-generated pipeline from scratch; no list of leads will be handed to you to reach out to or call
  • Write and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages manually, without automation tools
  • Manage live conversation threads, handle objections, and move prospects toward a discovery call
  • Consistently book qualified discovery calls with the founder (target: 4–5+ booked calls per month)
  • Keep a clean, up-to-date record of prospects, message stages, and outcomes, with a clear grip on every lead in the pipeline and its stats at all times, knowing exactly which leads are warm, cold, hot, or high priority
  • Continuously refine messaging based on what’s actually landing in real conversations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales development experience, with LinkedIn outreach specifically for the tech industry / IT services firm
  • A demonstrable, verifiable track record of booking at least 4–5 discovery/sales calls per month through LinkedIn outreach, with no automation tools used
  • Excellent written English; outreach messages need to read naturally, not like a template
  • Strong prospect research skills; comfortable digging into a company’s website, service lines, and likely pain points before reaching out
  • Resilience and consistency; this role lives or dies on daily, disciplined outreach, not bursts of activity
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full outreach pipeline without heavy oversight Nice to Have
  • Prior experience selling into healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
  • Experience selling custom software development, IT services, or technical/dev-agency offerings
  • Familiarity with GLP-1, HRT, TRT, weight loss, peptides, or longevity clinic business models
